Limited In-Person Friday Night Services Begin June 4

We are so excited to begin offering a limited in-person option for Friday night services beginning June 4!

The link to register for a Friday night service in-person can be found in the weekly e-news and the Friday service emails which are sent out to our membership.

We are in a transitioning period. As with many things in our world right now, the guidelines below may change over time. If they do, we will make sure to let you know!
 
SIGN-UP

• Pre-registration of your pod is required in order to attend any service!
• Pods can be 1-8 people. Staff will assign pods to locations in the Sanctuary based on size. When you check in before services you will be given your pod number and location.
• When you sign up, please list not only your name and contact information but also add the names and information of each person in your pod. (For children, you can put in your own email and phone number.)
• After you sign up, you will receive a confirmation email with the date of the service for which you registered.

PARKING
• Please park in the parking garage or surface lot. (Please note that parking garage will not be accessible once service participants have left, so don’t go get dinner and leave your car in the garage!)
• Proceed to glass Lobby doors.

ENTRY
• Masks are required for entry and must be worn the entire time you are inside the facilities.
• If there is a line, please maintain social distance and stand on the stickers.
• Entry for a service will begin 30-min before the service start time. So for our 6:15pm Friday services, that is 5:45pm.
• Please enter the building through the Lobby doors.
• As you enter, approach the nurse’s station, and answer the nurse’s confirmation of health questions.
• Past the nurse’s station, at the base of the Ramp, Heather will check each pod in. When you check in with Heather, she will give you an instruction sheet with your pod number and our health and safety reminders.
• If you need to use the restroom, please use the restrooms in Religious School hallway before proceeding up the ramp to the Vestibule and Sanctuary.
• In the Vestibule, you will tell the usher(s) your pod number and the usher(s) will direct you to your designated seating area.
• You must immediately proceed to your assigned seats, and not linger in entryways, for everyone’s safety.
• You will find your prayer books and service materials already in your pods.

SERVICE
• If you need to use the restroom during the service, there is one single-use all-gender restroom in the Vestibule. There are also restrooms in the Religious School hallway, if needed.
• Please remain in your seats during services, with your masks on the entire time you are inside the building.
• If you need to take a break other than to use the restroom, please proceed all the way outside until you are ready to rejoin the service. (During the service, exit and re-entry is through Lobby doors only.)

LEAVING
• Please do not congregate inside. Remain socially distanced and proceed to the Vestibule, where you will put your books on the designated cart.
• Then please immediately exit the building, either through the Vestibule doors (which will be opened at the end of the service) or the Lobby doors.
• Vestibule doors are exit-only; if you need to re-enter the building you must come back in through the Lobby.
• If you need to use the restrooms on your way out, and the restroom in the Vestibule is occupied, please proceed to the Religious School hallway restrooms.
